Data Handling Notice

Effective date: September 28, 2026

This notice explains how MPI Global, L.C. (“MPI”) uses information submitted through its customer qualification and onboarding process. It supplements, and does not replace, any applicable agreement between MPI and the submitting organization.

Information collected

MPI may collect company-registration details, ownership and control information, transaction-party identities, contact details, hardware and deployment requirements, intended end use, funding status, payment-origin information, compliance certifications, and supporting documents requested during diligence.

Purpose of collection

MPI uses this information to:

• Evaluate commercial fit and transaction readiness;
• Verify identities, ownership, authority, counterparties, end users, end uses, and destinations;
• Conduct sanctions, export-control, fraud-prevention, credit, and other appropriate diligence;
• Develop configurations, quotations, allocation requests, financing paths, and execution plans; and
• Maintain records supporting MPI's legal, regulatory, contractual, and risk-management obligations.

Limited sharing

MPI may share relevant information with its legal and professional advisers, manufacturers, OEMs, authorized distributors, supply partners, financing or insurance providers, logistics providers, data-center or integration partners, screening providers, and governmental authorities where reasonably necessary to evaluate, authorize, structure, or support a proposed transaction.

Security and access

Access is limited according to business need. Sensitive supporting documents should be provided only through an MPI-authorized secure method. Submitters should not place bank-account credentials, government identification numbers, passwords, or similarly sensitive records in the public intake form.

Accuracy and updates

The submitting organization is responsible for providing accurate and complete information and for promptly notifying MPI of material changes to ownership, control, headquarters, transaction parties, end users, end uses, destinations, deployment locations, or funding and payment sources.
